Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Items are ready to be shipped at the following speeds:
Postcards, Stickers, badges & Walking Stick Clip Charms: 1-2 days
Mini Walking sticks & Sight Canes: 3-5 days
Walking Frames: Made to order via 3rd Party (please see product page for additional information on time scales)
Ship times may differ dependant on which combination of items you have purchased . Please note: If you purchase a Walking Frame with other items you will be offered the choice of split shipping (no additional charge) or waiting for the full order to be completed prior to shipping to minimise your wait time wherever possible.
UK Orders
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, with estimated receipt times of 3-5 days after the date the order is shipped (dependant on location, postal delays such as strikes etc). For example, if an order takes 2 days to prepare it's estimated it will take a total of 5-7 days from order to receipt.
International Orders
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, with estimated receipt times of 3-7 days after the order is shipped (dependant on location and distance from the UK, postal delays such as strikes etc)
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have an issue or are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 working days to arrange a return or exchange. You can either get in touch by email - disabled.dolly.store@gmail.com or by DM via our Instagram page - @disabled_dolly
Whilst Disabled Dolly offers free shipping on the majority of orders sent, it is not possible for us to offer free returns also due to the small scale of what we do. Due to this please note in any instance of return/exchange the buyer will be required to pay postage for the return to sender.
